In next September, 193 world leader will meet at th UN Conference to list development target for the world to meet 2030. A McKinsey reports bringing developing country to the level of industrial world could add USD 400 billion annually to GDP and create more than 10 million jobs. World Bank estimates that a 10 percent increase in broadband will increase 1,4 percent in GDP in developing country. The study by Auriol and Fanfalone shows increasing broadband three-fold, from 21 to 60 percent in developing country would cost USD 1,3 trillion. As a result, every dolar spent in broadband in developing country will benefit at least USD17. Finally, the digitalization of developing country is as important as health, nutrition and education.
